- If the user registers as an entrepreneur: your first and last name, username, email address, postal address, phone number, how you heard about FRANQUISHOP, and the business interests or preferences you may have within the framework of providing FRANQUISHOP services. Additionally, during your in-person attendance at any FRANQUISHOP events, we may want to document and graphically report on what happened at the event, so photos or videos of you may be taken during its development, which may later be published (without personally identifying you) in FRANQUISHOP's advertising and commercial dissemination materials.

We share part of the information we collect by showing it to registered users as franchising companies on our Portal in accordance with the explicit interest shown by you at the time of registration. The use of information by third-party services will be regulated by the privacy policies of those third parties, and we have no control over the use these third parties make of the shared data. We may access, preserve, and disclose information about you to third parties, including the content of emails, if we believe the disclosure is related to compliance or required by current laws, regulations, legal processes, or audits.
