General access to the website is free of charge, without prejudice to services that require registration or a contract. When a user expressly requests information or a meeting with a particular franchise, FranquiShop will provide the data necessary for that brand to handle the request. Once received, the franchise may process such data under its own responsibility.

INFORMATION PROVIDED BY FRANCHISES

Franchises are solely responsible for the truthfulness, accuracy, legality, and updating of the text, images, figures, investment conditions, and other information they provide. Economic or financial data appearing on the brand profiles (estimated investment, expected turnover, profitability, etc.) are entered, drafted, and updated directly by each franchisor through its own management panel, without intervention or verification by FranquiShop. Accordingly:

FranquiShop does not guarantee: the holding of, or actual attendance at, any given number of meetings; the financial capacity, solvency, experience, or suitability of contacts; the acceptance of a candidacy by a franchise; the execution of franchise agreements; the profitability, recovery of investment, or commercial results of any opportunity; or the accuracy of economic forecasts provided by brands. Each user must conduct their own due diligence and seek legal, financial, tax, or business advice before making any decision.
